About Me

With over 12 years in learning and development, I specialize in designing engaging learning experiences that drive performance and adoption. My foundation in education grounds my belief that people learn in different ways, at different paces. I design for engagement from the first click, knowing every click counts. Believing people learn best by doing, I create interactive, hands-on experiences throughout. My design process is much like learning to play a new piece of sheet music: I review the project’s key details, study the requirements, plan my approach, and refine my work through thoughtful iteration until I achieve a polished, effective solution

My expertise includes instructional design, e-learning development, facilitation, and onboarding program design. I employ leading technologies, including Articulate 360, Camtasia, Powtoon, and the Microsoft Suite to create solutions that put learners at the center.

Driven by a passion for empowering learners, I prioritize active learning, clear communication, and thoughtful skill gap analysis. I continually seek new ways to improve outcomes, ensuring learning solutions genuinely resonate. With a Master’s in Teaching, I blend structure, creativity, and evidence-based practice into every project. I approach each initiative with strategic intent, grounding every design decision in business goals and measurable impact. My work bridges knowledge gaps, drives adoption, and elevates performance. Let’s collaborate on building an impactful experience.

I strike a balance between creativity and precision, iterating until each experience is both purposeful and polished. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, savoring a great cup of tea, playing the piano, and diving into scrapbook projects. I have a soft spot for all things pink (it really is a neutral) and a fondness for beautiful paper goods—especially wrapping paper.
