My Approach
I design learning experiences as a composer builds a score—intentionally layered and artfully crafted to guide learners from complexity to confidence.

I start by asking: What’s the real problem? What’s causing the concern? Then I work with stakeholders to uncover what actually needs to change.

Once the goal is clear, I map what success looks like and how learners get there.

I figure out what learners already know, what they don’t, and what needs to be clarified before I build anything.

I design intentionally, creating early versions to test flow, clarity, and engagement before going all in.

I share, listen, adjust, and refine. Feedback makes the experience stronger.

Finally, I polish the details, confirm alignment, and deliver something we’re confident will work.
